1.1.Enantis s.r.o. with its registered office at Kamenice 771/34, Bohunice, 625 00 Brno, ID No.: 276 76 013, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 51150 (hereinafter referred to as “Enantis”) processes personal data in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll, on the processing of personal data, as amended, and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).
1.2 The Customer’s personal data will only be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract between the Customer and Enantis, protecting Enantis’s legally protected interests and fulfilling Enantis’s statutory obligations, to the extent and for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing the personal data.
1.3 The Customer’s personal data may only be provided by Enantis to a third party if this third party is used by Enantis to provide or fulfil the Service or part thereof (e.g. payment gateway provider, provider of an online platform for a training course/conference, external lecturer) and only if the provision of the Customer’s personal
data is necessary for the third party to be able to perform or provide the Service or part thereof. In this case, Enantis will contractually oblige the third party to protect the Customer’s personal data from misuse and to process it exclusively in accordance with the GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Coll.
1.4 In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer whose personal data is processed by Enantis has the right to access his/her personal data and to be informed whether or not his/her personal data is processed, to what extent and for what purpose, the right to rectification of his/her personal data and any other rights granted by the laws of the Czech Republic or the GDPR.
1.5 Capitalized words have the meaning given in Enantis’ General Terms and Conditions, which are published in the same manner as this Enantis Privacy Statement
