    In 2009, Enantis started a joint long-term project with ANF DATA to develop Process Analytical Technology (PAT) in bioprocessing. ANF DATA is subsidiary company of Siemens AG Austria, Program and System Engineering PSE department, one of the largest software houses in Europe. It provides a complete range of services and products covering the customer's entire IT organizational needs. In the Czech Republic, ANF DATA is mainly oriented towards trading companies, financial institutions and state authorities. The company uses modern programming tools such as C++, JAVA and the development tools from Oracle, Microsoft or Informix.

    In 2008, Enantis conducted contracted research for Institute of Molecular Pathology of the University of Defence in Hradec Kralove, which is a research centre focused on the application of advanced technologies of functional genomics to bio-medical defence research. Scientific work is preferably aimed at the studies of the host-pathogen interactions at the molecular level. The objectives of this research covers three main topics: biomolecular signatures of biological agents potentially abused for the military, terroristic or bio-crime acts, intracellular fate of ingested microbes and finally the modulation of host cell signalling and gene expression by ongoing infection.

    In 2008, Enantis entered into collaboration with LentiKat's to assist development and promotion technology platform Lentikats. The Czech biotechnology company LentiKat's has many years of experience in the field of the implementation of Lentikats on an industrial scale for waste water treatment, distillery, pharmacy and food industry. Technology platform Lentikats encapsulates free enzymes or cells into a solid polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) carrier. Hydrogel PVA features excellent physical-mechanical properties that provide long time mechanical stability. Moreover, the hydrogel PVA is non-toxic and hardly biologically degradable.

    In 2008, Enantis conducted contracted analysis of protein samples for BioVendor. BioVendor - Laboratorní medicína a.s., through its three divisions, produces and distributes medical equipment and medical research products for both the Czech Republic and international markets. It also works in close cooperation with Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics, a globally respected supplier of immunodiagnostic systems. The high standards and meticulous quality control allows Biovendor to produce new products in every field, meeting the demand that the latest findings be available to laboratories.

    In 2008, Enantis conducted contracted research for B.R.A.I.N, the German industrial biotechnology company. B.R.A.I.N discovers and develops novel drugs, bioactive natural compounds and proprietary enzymes for its customers in the chemical and pharmaceutical as well as in the food and cosmetics industries. In an unique approach to the discovery and production of new biological compounds and biocatalysts the company harnesses creative solutions from nature's untapped biodiversity. The company uses its proprietary BioArchive comprising millions of genes, proteins and metabolic pathways from microbial isolates and metagenome libraries.

    In 2006, Enantis announced a research agreement to produce recombinant proteins and develop a novel biologically active molecules for use by Contipro Group. The Contipro Group is focused on wide range of products used in pharmacy and cosmetics. The company is also involved in the young, rapidly developing field of nanobiopharmacy. It focuses on tissue engineering, wound healing, gene therapy and targeted drug distribution. In the field of cosmetics, Contipro Group develops and produces highly active substances for the manufacture of skin-care products, e.g. anti-ageing skin and wrinkle creams.

    In 2005, Enantis entered into a multi-year collaboration with VOP-026 Sternberk, Division Brno focused on development of enzyme-based technologies for decontamination of millitary devices. VOP-026 Sternberk is state-owned company established by the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic. It conducts defence research, development, testing and training of specialists for the benefit of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, Department of Interior of the Czech Republic, Department of Trade and Industry of the Czech Republic, Armed Forces of NATO in the NBC Defence, Electronic Warfare and Camouflage, and Material Engineering.
